Crowdfunding platform

We supported Bildap in building a crowdfunding platform dedicated to raising capital for real estate and business projects. The work accompanied the evolution of the portal, with attention to operational needs and to the European regulatory framework, including the attestation process as part of the procedure with Consob and Banca d'Italia.

From requirements analysis to go-live, we developed dedicated paths for investors and tools for managing campaigns, documentation and communications. The design held together ease of use, process control and protection of information.

Alongside the platform itself, we provide technical oversight covering security, support and maintenance, with defined responsibilities and shared procedures for handling work. A commitment that continues after release, supporting operational continuity and the evolution of the service.

ERP for operations management

We supported Bildo in developing a custom ERP to coordinate orders, inventory and installation work in the furniture sector. The project came from the need to connect retailers, operational staff and installation teams, bringing the information required to manage the work into a shared environment.

The platform follows each order from quote preparation to job scheduling, from goods receipt to reporting on the work carried out. Documents, appointments, team availability and reported issues converge into a common path, supporting coordination across the different company functions.

Development put process governance at the center, with differentiated roles and access, traceability of activities and tools to follow the progress of the work. An approach designed to give management an overall view and operators clear references to organize activities, handle unexpected events and follow every job through to completion.

Software development for health technologies

We supported Cardioscan, a company active in screening and prevention technologies, in the evolution of its software tools for organization and business management. A collaboration set in a context that connects technology solutions, health professionals and services dedicated to personal wellbeing.

Our contribution covered the development and implementation of features in the proprietary CRM, within the set of systems the company uses to coordinate activities, information and relationships with its counterparts. The work accompanied the evolution of the management environment, starting from operational needs and the specifics of the context.

An experience that reflects our approach to digitalization in the health sector: contributing to the growth of business software with attention to process governance, organizational continuity and the relationship between technology and daily work.

Digital experience & customer journey

We supported Kao Corporation in creating digital experiences for the customer journey, building interactive journeys dedicated to discovering the range and learning about audience preferences. A project that combined technology development and product communication, with attention to the quality of the interaction and consistency with brand identity.

The solutions integrated content, interactions and tools for gathering information, giving the company new opportunities to learn about users' needs and preferences. Particular attention went to the visual component and to smooth navigation, translating technical complexity into a simple experience consistent with the brand identity.

A project that connects product communication and customer listening, putting technology at the service of the relationship between the company and its audience, and of the availability of information useful for marketing activities.

Software development for clinical research

We support Meditrial in the evolution of its digital solutions, in a context where clinical research, technology and organization are closely connected. The collaboration is part of our commitment to the health sector, where software plays an important role in supporting people's work and the management of processes.

Our contribution combines development and project management expertise, in coordination with the company's own contacts. We accompany the need to evolve the systems with attention to activity planning, the quality of the solutions and continuity of work.

UX and UI for production plants

We supported Gruppo Colorobbia in renewing the user experience and the interfaces of its production plants. An engagement dedicated to the relationship between operators and industrial systems, with the goal of making information easier to read and interaction with the available functions more intuitive.

The redesign put content organization, legibility and consistency of the operational paths at the center. In this area, the technical references include ISA-101 for industrial automation interfaces, ISO 9241-210 for human-centered design and IEC 61310-1 for the communication of information related to machine safety.

The project combines digital design and attention to the production context, translating the complexity of the systems into tools that are easier to understand and closer to the daily needs of operators.
