Proprietary Products

Proprietary software for managing services and public assets.

We develop SaaS platforms for specific operational needs: planning resources, coordinating activities and organizing the information required for decisions. Our products turn those objectives into working tools, with attention to data traceability and process continuity.

GeoServ

Planning and coordination of services across the territory.

GeoServ is a proprietary Smityx solution for planning and coordinating people, vehicles and activities distributed across a territory. It brings together shift and resource management with a representation of the operating zones on geographic maps, offering a shared view of how the service is organized.

The system supports daily scheduling and the handling of unexpected events, from staff absences to vehicles being unavailable. It allows assignments to be reorganized according to the resources available, while keeping the connection between activities, teams and the areas to be served.

Resource planning

Organization of shifts and assignment of people and vehicles to activities.

Geographic representation

Display of the operating zones and how they connect to the organization of the service.

Handling unexpected events

Reorganization of assignments in case of absences or unavailability.

Operational coordination

A shared view of the relationships between resources, teams and territory.

A concrete application, an extensible model.

Applied to door to door waste collection and in use at ASE Manfredonia, GeoServ comes from concrete operational needs. The model can be extended to other local services, from grounds maintenance to inspections, through an assessment of the processes and needs of each specific context.

ReValBIS

From the municipal inventory to the data for the financial statements.

ReValBIS is a proprietary Smityx platform, currently in development and testing, designed to update inventories, support the valuation of assets and prepare the data for accounting according to the ITAS standards.

It addresses municipalities between 500 and 15,000 inhabitants and the professionals who assist them. It supports municipal offices in collecting and verifying asset information, maintaining the link between each asset, the valuation criteria and the supporting documentation.

Features planned for the first release

Import and clean up of inventories

Collection of existing data, checking of the information and identification of missing or incorrect entries.

Support for asset valuation

Calculations according to the applicable accounting criteria and management of appraisals, with review and approval by the competent staff.

Preparation of accounting statements

Linking of asset data to the balance sheet and income statement items.

XBRL export

Generation of the file required for submission to RGS/BDAP.

Connected information, reconstructible valuations.

ReValBIS is designed to make the path from inventory data to accounting valuations reconstructible. The history of changes and approvals links the work carried out to the supporting documents, making checks by municipal offices and auditors easier.

Automatic calculations support the work of the staff. Review and approval of the valuations remain the responsibility of the competent roles.

An evaluation path with public bodies.

The conversation starts from the inventories available and the priorities of the offices. A demonstration on a sample of data will make it possible to assess what the platform contributes and to define the scope, activities and expected results of a possible pilot project.

In development, with end to end testing under way.
